NEW YORK CITY, NY -- Actress Lindsay Lohan is once again in trouble with the law.

She was arrested this morning after a fight at a Chelsea nightclub. Lohan is now facing assault charges after the fight at Club Avenue on 10th Avenue at around 4 a.m.

Lohan allegedly assaulted a woman during a dispute that escalated into a fist fight.

ABC News reports Lohan is a regular at the club, which reportedly banned her earlier this year following an incident in which she Tweeted about Justin Timberlake.

She was previously arrested in September at another nightclub, in the Dream Hotel. A pedestrian claimed Lohan hit her with her car and did not stop. The Manhattan District Attorney's Office declined to prosecute the case.
