RENO, Nev. (April 2, 2009)— Enjoy an evening of gourmet dining and exquisite wine during the second of the Eldorado’s Wine Dinner Series, April 10, 2009 at 6 p.m. in the Eldorado Convention Center. The dinner features the fine wines of Silver Oak Winery and is available for $120 per person.
Guests will enjoy an exquisite four course pairing featuring Cognac Glazed Quail served with Five Onion Risotto and Twomey Buerre Rouge (’04 Twomey Merlot,) Coco Nib Dusted Squab Breast with Truffle Potato Batons and Ginger Stewed Dried Cherries (’04 Silver Ok Alexander Valley Cabernet,) Venison “Wellington” with Creamed Spinach and Huckleberry Jam (’03 Silver Oak Napa Valley Cabernet.) For dessert guests will enjoy, Chocolate Lava Cake with Orange Caramel, Crème Chantilly and Fresh Berries.
