Guests will enjoy an exquisite four course pairing featuring Cognac Glazed Quail served with Five Onion Risotto and Twomey Buerre Rouge (’04 Twomey Merlot,) Coco Nib Dusted Squab Breast with Truffle Potato Batons and Ginger Stewed Dried Cherries (’04 Silver Ok Alexander Valley Cabernet,) Venison “Wellington” with Creamed Spinach and Huckleberry Jam (’03 Silver Oak Napa Valley Cabernet.)
