The Buffet is serving up Champagne Brunch favorites like Eggs Benedict Florentine, Banana Fosters French Toast, Belgium Waffles,
Fluffy Scrambled Eggs, Crisp Bacon, Link Sausage, Cheese Blintzes’ with Blueberry Sauce. The carving station is serving up hot Roast Prime Rib of Beef Au Jus, Roast Turkey and Honey Mustard Ham.
For hearty tastes, sample entrées such as Italian Style Roast Leg of Lamb, Broiled New York Steak with Wild Mushroom Garnish and Slow Baked Game Hen. The Eldorado’s famed Mushroom Ravioli with Porcini Cream Sauce, Stuffed Pork Loin with Italian Meats and Pesto and Blackened Grilled Filet of Salmon with Corn Salsa round out the abundant menu. Peel and Eat Shrimp, Italian Antipasto Platters and Smoked Salmon with Cream Cheese are also included in the 200-foot buffet line. A wide variety of specialties, salads and an array of delicious bakery fresh desserts are yours for the choosing. Easter Champagne Brunch will be served from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. Buffet prices are $20.99 for adults, $9.99 for children under 10 and $17.99 for Gold Card members and above.
Roxy offers a gourmet Easter Egg appetizer of Poached Duck Egg, Croutons and Duck Confit on a Frisee Salad. Roxy’s main Easter entrée is a Slow Roasted Leg of Lamb served with Braised Cabbage and Rosemary Potatoes. The Easter special at Roxy is available for $30. Roxy is open for dinner from 5 p.m.
