Blue Flame is Melissa Dru on lead vocals, electric and acoustic guitar and percussion along with Mick Hampson on lead guitar and vocals. After moving to England, Melissa released a single that hit the pop charts. She has two original songs published by the Dee Pam Publishing Company and has performed at Carnegie Hall, The Eiffel Tower and the Royal Albert Hall in London. Mick is from England and is an accomplished lead guitarist and masterful at state-of-the art digital engineering. Together, this powerful duo brings you a variety of sounds from all eras.
Jo Mama is a party and dance band playing a variety of music featuring funky rhythm & blues and light jazz. Paul Covarelli and Rick O’Neil first met years ago when they were booked together to do a "gig." Their voices and styles blended as if they had been playing together for years and that was the beginning of Jo Mama, one of the most popular and long-standing bands in the Reno-Tahoe Area. Shortly after, they recruited veteran drummer Bill Heise and Remmel Wilson on sax & keyboards to round out the group.
Jo and Tony Hoover are Naked City - a high-energy duo with an eclectic repertoire of popular music from the 50's through the new millennium. Both Jo and Tony are excellent vocalists and multi-talented instrumentalists on bass, guitar, keyboards and percussion.
Sports action is plentiful at the Carson Valley Inn with 4 plasma screens and a giant pull-down screen in the Cabaret Lounge plus additional TVs in the casino and in Fiona's Bar.
