If I flew, I would not want to fly with a screaming child either. I am scared to fly to start with and having a screaming child would make it even worse.
how many of you actually have children. sometimes no matter how much you teach them when they get excited you cant control them and if you think you can then i feel sorry for the children you do have and the ones you will have. because if you read the article he was excited about the plane. my advise to all of you is learn patients
I have to agree with Candy. Parents need to teach children to respect others.
Natalie just because it happens doesn't make right. The mom should have controlled her child, excited or not, no one should let their child be that loud in public EVER!! it shows NO repect for any one around them.
I think they should give her money back! Its not like the child was saying off the wall stuff, after all hes only 2 and saying "go plane go and i want daddy" Is something a 2 yr old says! Not all kids are PERFECT on a plane! If you dont want to deal with a child on the plane then DONT FLY! It happens! I have had a kid kick the back of my seat the whole time an they didnt kick that child and parents off, the parent allowed the kid to kick the seat! Its the same! Get a grip people! We were all once 2 years old at one time!
Maybe she should control her child, not be reimbursed by the airline. I've flown with my child since she was about 1 1/2 and she has never made that much noise. I have a friend who lives in Taiwan and they fly with their child all the time; he is amazing, never disturbs anyone.
i agree w/dcreno snd robert. the crew was right on. the safety of everyone should take precedence, and parents need to learn to be parents not expect to be able to infringe on everyone else. this woman should not get compensation. she needed to learn a lesson.
I totally agree! That is her problem that she cannot keep control and all should not be forced to contend with this nonsense. SW should be applauded not apologize
its bad enough to be on a crammed airplane ,but to have to listen to someones screaming child ...i dont think so... 2 yrs old or not.. kids are not as well behaved as past generations were. ive been on an airplane with screaming kids before and it really sucks .
I dont care how old your child is. You can still teach them manners. I would have been pissed if I would have had to listen to that little brat!
seems like mom is trying to get more money for not being able to controll her child.
