The Shakespeare Animal Fund is hosting its annual Halloween Howl, a costume party and parade for people and pets. Money raised from the event helps pay emergency vet bills for those who can't afford it.
Jennifer Webb, the Founder and Executive Director of the Shakespeare Animal Fund, started the non-profit program to help keep animals from suffering.
The Halloween Howl is happening Saturday, October 31st from 1-5pm at The Garden Shop, located at 3636 Mayberry Drive in Reno.
There will be a costume contest, prizes, trick-or-treating, face painting, and all kinds of games for people and dogs. Tickets are $30 per family or $15 per person. If you purchase tickets in advance, it's only $25 per family and $10 for an individual.
Get tickets by calling 342-7040, or email theshakefund@aol.com, or visit www.shakespeareanimalfund.org
