Artown Comes to Our Town
Artown opens July 1st with a multi-venue celebration. Kicking off a month-long celebration of the arts, Artown's opening extravaganza draws people together from all walks of life.

The opening extravaganza includes multiple venues and art forms with activities and entertainment for all ages. Events begin at 2pm downtown Reno at West Street Market, and continue into the night. At 2pm, try your hand at a free workshop, Discover Gelatin Prints, at West Street Market with Artown Poster Artist Candace Nicol.
At 4pm, get your face painted in Wingfield park, followed by a performance of Greg London's Iconman at 7pm. Then, headliner Richie Havens takes the stage at 7:30pm.
