Hall of Famers, friends and family gather for 10th Gene Upshaw Memorial Golf Classic

Friends, family and former teammates of the late Gene Upshaw were back in Truckee for the 10th edition of the Gene Upshaw Memorial Golf Classic.

The Raiders' Hall of Fame offensive tackle died in Lake Tahoe in August of 2008, just three days after being diagnosed with pancreatic cancer. Since then, the tournament has raised $1.5 million dollars in the fight against cancer, all going to the Gene Upshaw Tahoe Forest Cancer Center in Truckee.

This year, Hall of Famers Tim Brown and Mike Haynes were some of the big names in attendance, as well as recent Stanley Cup champion T.J. Oshie.
