DETROIT (KOLO) Winnemucca's Jace Billingsley has been signed to the Detroit Lions active roster.
He's spent the first seven weeks of this season, and the majority of last season on their practice squad.
Billingsley was promoted from their practice squad at the end of last season, but was inactive for both their regular-season finale and their playoff loss to Seattle.
He led the Lions in receiving during the last two preseasons, and was one of their final cuts both years.
The Lowry high school graduate originally signed with Detroit as an undrafted free agent out of Eastern Oregon.
