Street Vibrations biker seriously hurt in Geiger Grade crash

RENO, Nev. (KOLO) - Traffic is moving again on Geiger Grade after an accident injured two on a motorcycle, the Nevada Highway Patrol said. The injured people were from California and the NHP believes they were here for Street Vibrations.

The accident happened at about 3:13 p.m. September 30, 2017. A driver in a Toyota Prius was heading east on Geiger Grade when she turned left to go onto High Chaparral Drive. She turned in front of a motorcycle with man driver and a woman as a passenger.

The woman had minor injuries but the man had severe scrapes and bruises often called road rash. The NHP called his injuries significant and he was taken by Care Flight.
