SPARKS, Nev. (KOLO)-- 6:40 p.m. update:
Leroy Werzer has returned home, Sparks police said.
The Sparks Police Department asks for the public’s help finding a 76-year-old man who was dropped off at a Sparks casino and may be confused.
The wife of Leroy Werzer dropped him off at Western Village at 815 Nichols Blvd. at about 12:30 p.m. to eat while she walked at the Sparks Marina Park. When she returned she could not find him, Sparks police said.
Werzer suffers from memory loss. Additionally, his oxygen tank may have run out, which leaves him confused and sleepy.
Police described him as 5 feet, 9 inches, 155 pounds with gray hair and a white mustache. He wore a dark gray golfer's cap, dark sunglasses, a blue or green flannel shirt and blue jeans. He has an oxygen tank attached to an oxygen cart.
