Sparks police looking for man mistakenly given lost wallet

SPARKS, Nev. (KOLO)-- The Sparks Police Department asks for the public’s help finding a man who was mistakenly given someone else’s wallet by a cocktail waitress, and he left the casino with it.

It happened Dec. 12, 2017 about 3:56 p.m. at Western Village Casino at 815 Nichols Blvd. The cocktail waitress found the wallet on the floor and handed it to the wrong slot machine player, Sparks police said.

The man who mistakenly got the wallet tucked it away and cashed out.
Police describe him as white with black hair, 25 to 35 years old, 5 feet, 8 inches to 6 feet tall and 150 pounds to 180 pounds. He wore a plaid button-up shirt and blue jeans.
