Pyramid Highway reopens after crash

PYRAMID LAKE, Nev. (KOLO)-- 11:30 a.m. update:
Both lanes of the Pyramid Highway have reopened, the Nevada Highway Patrol reports.

One man was taken to Renown Regional Medical Center via Care flight with life-threatening injuries after a crash this morning near Pyramid Lake.

He was ejected when his pickup truck rolled over, the NHP said.

The Pyramid Highway is closed south of Pyramid Lake for a serious injury crash, the Nevada Highway Patrol reports.

The crash happened about 6:57 a.m. in the southbound lane but both directions are closed, the NHP said. A single vehicle was involved.

There is no estimated time of reopening.
