RENO, Nev. (KOLO) -- Longer than normal lines formed Tuesday evening for guests who wanted a room at the GSR because of a chain-reaction caused by a "power bump".
Front desk workers checked-in guests manually for several hours until the problem was resolved Tuesday night.
Customer Peter Yoon says people were sitting on the floor as they waited for rooms.
Another GSR customer called the scene chaotic. He says people were stranded in the lobby.
GSR spokesperson Molly Ellery says workers were working to fix the system.
Ellery says there is "not a huge delay" for guests who want to check-in.
