NHP releases name of man killed in rollover on Pyramid Highway

WASHOE COUNTY, Nev. (KOLO) - The Nevada Highway Patrol has released information about a crash that killed a driver in February.

About 7AM February 24, 2018, troopers responded to a crash on the Pyramid Highway, about five miles south of Pyramid Lake.

The preliminary investigation indicates the driver of a Ford F-250, 49-year-old Kevin Crosby of Reno, was headed north on the highway. He lost control at a curve and drove onto the shoulder, hitting a metal mile marker post, then went back onto the highway and overturned.

Crosby was thrown from the truck and flown to a hospital, where he died 12 days later.
