TWIN BRIDGES, Calif. (KOLO)-- A 38-year-old Sacramento man was driving too fast and sustained major injuries in a crash Saturday morning in the Twin Bridges area, the California Highway Patrol says.
The man was taken to Renown Regional Medical Center for treatment.
The crash happened about 5:30 a.m. July 7, 2018 on U.S. 50 east of Slippery Ford Road. The driver went into a sharp curve too fast and lost control of his Ford. The vehicle hit a guardrail and road marker, then rolled over a rock embankment when the driver was ejected.
