Downtown Reno cleaned up after New Year's celebrations

RENO, Nev. (KOLO) - After the New Year's Eve festivities, a handful of Public Works employees got downtown Reno all cleaned up before 7 a.m. Monday.

There were large amounts of trash strewn all over downtown.

A Public Work's employee told KOLO 8 News Now there were 6 employees with blowers working to clean up downtown Reno, and one sweeper truck. They started cleaning up at 3 a.m.
