Carson Strong bows help raise money for families affected by crash

CARSON CITY, Nev (KOLO) - The community of Carson City continues to raise money for the families affected by a rollover crash that injured six teenagers and left another dead.

Carson Flag Store made bows, which has the #CarsonStrong motto on them. The store owner says the bows are $10 apiece and all of the money raised will go to the families of the teenagers.

"We really like to see all 500 sold, that would raise about $5,000. We are hoping to raise as much as we can to offset a lot of the cost the families are going to be facing," said David Smith, Co-owner of Carson Flag Store.

So far, around 70 bows have been sold. Carson Flag Store Is located on Research Way.
