University of Nevada, Reno tuba and euphonium instructor Adam Snider presents an evening of music that mixes cutting edge with tried and true, chamber music, electronics, pieces stolen from other instruments, and original works for tuba. Featuring performances by fellow University faculty Hyeyeon Park, piano, and DeAunn Davis, horn, as well as the Naledi String Quartet.

The Wilbur D. May Museum is unmasking its latest interactive exhibition: Hall of Heroes. This exciting exhibition celebrates and explores the history and science behind some of pop culture’s favorite superheroes. See movie props, costumes, and memorabilia, and then put your own skills to the test to discover your superpowers. Hall of Heroes features dozens of interactive stations designed to test powers of the body, elements, mind, and more. Visitors of all ages will love this exhibit that combines science and science –fiction. Hall of Heroes also includes:
• 1966 George Barris Batmobile & Interactive Batcave

• TARDIS from Doctor Who
