HYPE will provide them a unique opportunity to assess their own skill sets and refine their professional tool box to help them reach that next step in their careers.” Says Jacki Hallerbach, Executive Director of Reno Tahoe YPN, “Many young professionals graduate with all the skills to do an entry level job, hYPe can help them develop a skill set that will help them lead and inspire.” Participants will engage in courses developed to enhance business practice skills, leadership techniques and team performance. The course will also provide opportunities to directly apply learned skills at the workplace.
