RENO, NV - The For Kids Foundation is a local nonprofit that helps Northern Nevada children in need. It funds any need a child has when other resources are insufficient or nonexistent. They've paid for such things as medical care and prescriptions, computers and summer school fees, eye glasses and special infant formula. The foundation helps children from birth through age 20. The only other requirement is that there are no funds available to pay for the requested goods or services.

Their annual fundraiser is a wine tasting on the beautiful and historic grounds of the Chism House in West Reno. In addition to fabulous wines, guests will enjoy gourmet hors d'ouevres and strawberries with hot fudge dipping sauce. Music is provided by the Schall Adams Band and treasures abound at the silent auction.

This is truly a great time for a great cause!
