RENO, NV - The Veterans' House is competing against three other organizations in Home Depot’s Unique Facebook Voting Program.
If the house receives the most votes from the public, they can receive $25,000 worth of gift cards.
Once that hurdle is achieved, they can compete for an additional $250,000
“Our home is 7 years old the one we are standing in front of now, and its going to need some new paint and things like that,” says Noreen Leary, the CEO of the Veterans Guest House.
Voting begins February 1st and goes through the 23rd.
Leary says its important to remember you can only vote once every 24 hours.
She also recommends voting early in the morning as the site will not take any more votes the morning of the 23rd.
