A massive party starts today at the Legends at Sparks Marina. The brand-new development is celebrating its Grand Opening in style. Tonight is girls night out... with live music, champagne and a fashion show with "Janice Dickenson." Tomorrow, catch the hit band Smashmouth for a free concert!
