Ah Paris! with the Reno Pops Orchestra

The Reno Pops Orchestra will perform favorite French music at our free 7:00 pm concert on Saturday, November 7, at St. John’s Presbyterian Church in Reno. Eric Kao, our 2009 concerto competition winner, will showcase the first movement of the virtuosic Camille Saint-Saens Second Piano Concerto. Come hear the orchestra perform the Saint-Saens Organ Symphony (#3) on the marvelous new pipe organ at St. John’s. In the spirit of our theme, we will also play George Gershwin’s popular American in Paris, as well as selections from Les Miserables and Gigi.

There is a rare opportunity coming this October for project managers in Northern Nevada who want to achieve international certification as either a Project Management Professional (PMP®) or a Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM®). Twice a year the Northern Nevada Chapter of the Project Management Institute provides the only PMP Prep course in Northern Nevada that is taught by more than ten local PMPs.
