The Department of Business & Industry (B&I) is holding a Thanksgiving food drive beginning on Monday, November 9, to help needy families during the Thanksgiving holiday.
Canned and boxed food is being collected.
Donations will be accepted during business hours of 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday through Friday, starting Monday, November 9, through Friday, November 20, 2009. To distribute the donated items, B&I is partnering with HELP of Southern Nevada (HELP) in the south and Friends in Service Helping (FISH) in the north. The food collected will be distributed by HELP and FISH to struggling Nevadans during Thanksgiving week.

Dentistry From The Heart- Free Dental Day

On Friday November 20th, 2009, Dr.'s Jason and Todd Sala along with Dr.
Scott Boyden and their staff will be providing one full day of FREE dentistry to those in need. We wish to serve as many people as possible therefore treatment will be limited to one problem area per patient.
Treatment offered this day will be either a cleaning, a filling or an extraction. Treatment will be on a first come first serve basis starting at 8:00 am and concluding at 5:00 pm.
