YORBA LINDA, Calif. (AP) - Police have seized a black ski mask, cellphones and other evidence from a Yorba Linda home where a mother and son were found stabbed to death Oct. 25.

The Los Angeles Times says search warrants detail items found at the home of victims 53-year-old Raquel Estrada and her 34-year-old son Juan Herrera.

DNA evidence at the home linked Itzcoatl Ocampo to the deaths. He was charged Monday. Ocampo is also charged with the stabbing murders of four homeless men in Orange County.

Also seized from the home were a Lotto ticket and "sorrowful writings" in Estrada's other son, Eder Herrera's, bedroom. He was initially charged with the killings but was released Friday.

If convicted, Ocampo faces life in prison without parole. He is due for arraignment March 16.
