LOS ANGELES (AP) - The attorney for a teenager accused of belonging to a burglary ring whose members targeted celebrities' homes says he is suing a Nevada court for releasing a sealed document detailing his client's confession.

Sean G. Erenstoft said Monday he will sue the Clark County District Court for violating a judge's order to keep the document sealed and for violating the civil rights of his client, 18-year-old Nicholas Prugo.

A sealed search warrant released to media outlets Friday stated Prugo confessed and told police six others also took millions in designer clothes, art and jewelry from stars including Orlando Bloom, Paris Hilton and Lindsay Lohan.

A court spokesman did not immediately return a call seeking comment.

Erenstoft says Prugo was placed in protective custody Friday after receiving threats.
