SAN FRANCISCO (AP) - San Francisco police say a teenager has
died after being punched in a fight outside a San Francisco Giants
game at AT&T Park.

Authorities said the Redwood City 19-year-old was pronounced dead at San Francisco General Hospital on Saturday following the fight Friday night. His name was not released.

Police said the teen fell and struck his head on the ground after being punched just outside the stadium's gates during a game against the Philadelphia Phillies. At least one arrest has been made.

Giants spokeswoman Staci Slaughter said the team would work with
police to prevent similar incidents in the future.

A 21-year-old Redwood City man was fatally stabbed outside the
ballpark in 2004 after watching Barry Bonds hit his 700th career
home run.
