Being Big Kid's @ Halloween!

Do you remember those exciting day's of dressing up for Halloween and conjuring up any possible tricks to scare the 'pants' off people.........

Well Halloween is just around the corner and I can't wait for my first 'American' Halloween!!

I think i am even more of a kid now than when i was a child...... my partner and I spent hours in a store here in town and both of us got so excited about finding decorations for the forth-coming event!! We got so, so excited about the smallest of decorations!!

Above: My little niece 'Ismay', back in England.

Since moving to the U.S i have noticed how 'American's' really partake and involve themselves in events and festivities.... it's really fantastic to see, as 'we British' do not do things in such a big way.......

So, with decorations galore, (after my partner stacked the trolley to the brim!), we've got the house 'spooked' up and await the Halloween night........if your in the Double Diamond area and see a lot of orange lights, give us a 'honk'!

I would love to see pictures of your hallowen..... either house or costume, so feel free to e-mail at: stewart.campbell@kolotv.com and the best pictures i will post up for all to see!

Have a 'HAPPPPPPPPPPPPYYYYYYYYYYY HALLOWEEN!!!!!'

Posted by: Debbi Can i just say, your niece is so cute! Hope you and your partner have a great Hallowen here in Reno.

Posted by: Helen First off: Welcome to the U.S!! I know exactly what you mean! I have three kids and i am the fourth! I love Halloween as i love seeing the joy in my kid's eye's, being able to dress up and go trick or treating! I was never allowed to go out when i was a kid, so i get to do everything i wasn't!! Have a great 1st 'American Halloween'!! Helen

Posted by: kirsty What about pets? That is what I like about Halloween, animals dressed up are so cute and so funny!! Can i send pic's of my dog?

Posted by: The British Chap We agree with you re some British! They are generally very suspicious of Halloween night. It could be the present day behaviour, I don't know. What do others think, in both USA and Britain.
