I thoroughly enjoyed my time with Shawna at Roller Kingdom!  Shawna is an old-soul with a warm heart.  Please help find her a loving family.

14-year-old Shawna just had her birthday on the Fourth of July. And there's one birthday gift she's still holding out for.
"I really don't want to go back into foster care. I've been in foster care since I was born.  I was hoping to find another family."
Shawna's had a lot of ups and downs in life.  She's been adopted once before by a single mom.
"She had a lot of blood clots everywhere. She passed away... I was going to get adopted again, but that did not work out."
As a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints, Shawna has a strong faith and believes there's another family out there for her.
(Sarah: "What kind of family do you want?")" I want anybody that'll accept me."
"I want to actually have someone who will support me and actually make time."
Shawna has many goals in life. She begins high school this fall, and wants to attend college. In fact, she's already signed up to attend TMCC when she graduates.  After that, Shawna would like to go to UNR.
"When I grow older I want to be a cop. (why?) I don't know.  They just inspire me.  They help people out.
