Debate appears likely to topple 36-year ratings record

The showdown between Hillary Clinton and Donald Trump on Monday appears likely to set a record for the most-watched presidential debate ever.

The Washoe County Board of Commissioners has filled three vacant seats on the state legislature in anticipation of a likely special session to be called by the governor.

The Douglas County Sheriff’s Office is asking for the public’s help identifying a person of interest involved in the unlawful use of a credit card at the Walmart on Grant Avenue in Gardnerville.

The donation is part of PERC’s nationwide campaign to "educate parents, teachers, and school officials about the benefits of using an alternative fuel like propane."
